Bonnie Pannell was elected to the Sacramento City Council in June 1998. She was re-elected to a four-year term in November 2000 and re-elected again to District Eight in November of 2004 and 2008.

City Council to consider triggering Water Shortage Conservation Plan on Jan. 7
City staff is asking residents and businesses to voluntarily cutback water use and is preparing to ask City Council to activate the Water Shortage Conservation Plan at its first Council meeting of 2014.
