Artist Jeff Koons' original sculpture is a result of ESC construction budget allowed for the investment in the Sacramento Metropolitan Arts Commission’s (SMAC) “Art in Public Places” program.

2/9/15 - The City acquires the final piece of land necessary to complete the development of the new downtown Entertainment and Sports Center (ESC).
